This award winning faced paced travel business close to Chester is looking for a new member of staff to join the training and development team. To continually increase the service standards of the company and the development of the reservations staff, we are looking for an experienced professional to working as a Travel Trainer.
The role will be to provide training, coaching and evaluation of staff at all levels. You will also design and deliver training programmes to travel agencies throughout the UK. Training will involve package holidays and operators, dynamic packaging, cruise and ATOL regulations, so application must be experience travel staff.
This role would ideally suit a travel shop manager or team leader. Candidates must be from a travel background with good organisational skills and be able to work unsupervised. A training qualification is desired, but not necessary.
